Infrastructure improvements and air connectivity also featured prominently in their discussions. The leaders agreed on the necessity of restoring direct flights and launching joint tourism initiatives, such as spiritual and medical tourism. Concerning regional issues, Vietnam pledged to collaborate with ASEAN members to maintain constructive dialogue and engagement with Myanmar. Both countries advocate for peaceful dispute resolutions in line with international law.
